Egg Cognac

The shortest day of the year will be upon us shortly. Why not confront it with a small glass of something delicious in our hand?


makes about 16 fl oz


3 egg yolks (good quality eggs, not older than 7 days, the fresher the better)

1 1/4 cup confectioners sugar (150 g / 5.3 oz)

7 fl oz cream (2 dl)

3.5 fl oz cognac (1 dl)

 

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.
